We have an exchange 2010 in office and a Godaddy account to host our services.
For authentication, it is required that the user follows a link from the email to authenticate their corporate email.
The problem is that the email is always received in the junk folder.
Is there a way to change the exchange settings to allow the users to receive the email in the inbox instead of their junk folder.
My IT administrator says this is not possible, I tend to disagree.
