Is the poor quality of the HP 4-color process inkjet printers limited to the HP 8500 Series all-in-one printers, or is it a known defect in all HP 4-color process printers? HP sent me a Patch for it, but it did nothing to improve the weak color performance tested on four Pro 8500A and two Pro 8500A Plus printers at work. Has anyone been able to get HP to do anything about it? Thank you.
