I would like to compile verbal and numerical skill assessments for hr recruitment processes, etc., similar to SHL and Provisor, and I'm looking for a customizable and free solution to handle the testing process for me.
I see all kinds of commercial engines that can do that, like exambuilder.com for example, however that doesn't allow me the flexibility I would like to have - I want to be able to finetune things myself, work out a look & feel for the tests, make questions have an expiry time and move on automatically, etc., and I would like it to run on my server, have access to the code, etc. It would also be nice if it would be a free solution.
Is there an open source "testing engine" that would allow me to do something similar, or anything available that resembles what I'm looking for?
Am I even on the right site asking this question? If I'm not, please point out which one does it belong to on the stack network.
