I created software that sends sms via at commands with my gsm modems but I figured out that when it sends for about 12 hours, the connection with com port fails. I turn it off and on and it works again.

How can I fix this?

Which modem are you using? Could this be a modem specific problem or is it the same across all modems? – IUnknown Feb 2 at 1:59
