I would like to get some help as I'm confused.
Basically I get message saying that 123456 was resolved. "resolved" is a rule's key word making the message marked as RED category. I would like to have other messages without "resolved" but with "123456" to be put in RED only if message containing both "resolved" and "123456" is already RED.
Is that possible? Thank you. Oh and I'm using Outlook 2007
