I have Windows Server 2008 R2 and I'm trying to run VirtualBox as a service. I've read postings by various people in WWW discussion forums who claim that this is possible, and I've tried following some of the step-by-step instructions that they've posted without success. It appears that these instructions weren't written for Windows Server 2008 R2, and I've been unable to figure out what needs to be changed in order to get things working.

How do I run VirtualBox as a service? And are there official step-by-step instructions for doing this? If so, where are they?
