I've installed the Cocoon addon for the first time today, and created an account. In case you haven't heard of Cocoon, it's supposed to make your web-browsing more secure.

When Cocoon is active, Firefox crashes whenever I try to use any website which requires a login (such as Facebook or Twitter). I have tried several times but Firefox keeps crashing on every attempt. The crash always happens when I click the Login button for the relevant website. I am using the latest version of Firefox - version 10.0. This problem means I can't use Cocoon on any website which requires a login. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this issue.

It could be a conflict with another addon, will Cocoon load when launched in firefox safe mode. kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode – mic84 Feb 4 at 5:33
Mic84, thanks for your answer. The trouble is, when launching Firefox in safe mode, all plugins and addons get disabled, and as Cocoon is itself an addon, it gets disabled as well. What I did instead, was I disabled all the plugins and addons manually (except Cocoon) and restarted Firefox. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem - Firefox still crashed whenever I tried logging into a website. Does anyone have any other ideas on what could be causing the problem? – Victoria Feb 4 at 16:30
