I installed the MacOS 1.4.5 Synergy on my Mac, and now I've got a bit of a problem: as far as I can tell, root runs a synergy client on startup.
As a result, "root" appears to own Synergy's copy/paste clipboard -- and when I try to copy from the Linux server to the Mac client, the copy/paste fails.
Is there something about running the Synergy GUI client that ends up installing a root startup item?
The temporary fix is to "sudo killall synergyc" and re-start synergyc with my login as owner.
