If you mean movies as in the general videos sense,

I want to add that learning a spoken language does not necessarily require video samples.
Audio is quite good (and many time much less distracting).
Video does help when the program is using visual cues to teach;
(something like showing a mug and describing it in different languages,
and higher forms along those lines).

There are a lot of audio references at LibriVox.
(and you will find a lot more audio sites compared to video ones).

Why not try Youtube?

full length movies on youtube? kinda hard – Magnetic_dud Sep 10 '09 at 14:01
Youtube should be enough; it's got short documentaries, presentations, trailers. Can you think of a legal site for movies? I can't. – alex Sep 10 '09 at 14:10
There are plenty of movies available for legal downloads. Just not your summer blockbusters. – Joel Coehoorn Sep 10 '09 at 14:52
I still think that youtube could be helpful. You can find a lot of online English courses; they can really help you. – alex Sep 11 '09 at 5:59

On http://movie.xunlei.com/ there are a lot of movies, often in english with chinese subtitles You need to download an accelerator (actually, the movie will be downloaded via bittorrent, but you can see it in streamin)

You can use google translator (i am not chinese, and i dont know it, but i managed to do that)
