I'm not sure where to ask this kind of question now but I'm really getting frustauted because it's Sunday and the provider off for today.

I'm using LinkSys WRP400 and the problem I had is that I can't connect to some of the website while I can connect it with other network [My iPhone in the 3G network] or I even tried use the cable to connect and it works

When I use the LinkSys the thing when I visit the website that I usually visit daily and few more saying connection timeout.

I did setup google DNS as well and it doesn't help

So I figured that the problem coming from LinkSys itself

but I did reset to manufacture and the problem still exist

Is there anything I can do to clear cache or whatever solution

Or I just have to wait for the provider only?

This question came from our site for system and network administrators.

try pinging something over the internet to see if you are getting high packet loss/what your speed is. ping -t This problem sounds like its on your service providers end – Robert Feb 19 '12 at 23:28
Hi, I did ping -t and the result is time=[30-165ms] and TTL=[52 steady] – Ali Feb 19 '12 at 23:34
Try pressing the reset button on the router. Failing that, try holding the reset button for 10-20 seconds to restore its settings to the factory defaults (you may want to note down anything you changed first). – Synetech Feb 20 '12 at 0:06
@Synetech Unfortunately I did that but it doesn't help :( – Ali Feb 20 '12 at 2:35
