Win 7 Starter Question How do you log in with a different account. The owners' username is the only account available at login screen and owner has forgotten the password. I have tried safe mode hoping there will be an option to change to 'administrator' account but the only account that comes up is my client's account with a password prompt..which is unknown. She doesn't have the password recovery cd/usb.

An easy way is to boot off a recovery CD with a password reset utility, such as Ultimate Boot CD (it's under the data recovery section). Unfortunately, certificates will be lost, and data encrypted using NTFS encryption will be inaccessible unless the key was backed up. – Bob Mar 19 '12 at 3:13
