Yea, the server doesn't seem to exist - there is no DNS entry. Please give us an IP address. – samjetski Sep 14 '09 at 8:33

Did you try:

ntpdate -q -u -v sis.itu.edu.tr

Use the date command. Note the timezone.

Per the DNS information provided HERE the server is in Turkey. Do you need to know exact time on server?
