What do Anvsoft say when you report the problem to them? –  RedGrittyBrick May 1 '12 at 12:39

Wrote to them 2 days ago, but no response from them yet. Same version was working very good, but I did a few software upgrades etc. Complete text is here: annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/1335792129 –  akula2 May 1 '12 at 12:43

See if there is a registry key in HKLM it wants write permission to. It may also want to write to the directory it lives in. –  ultrasawblade May 1 '12 at 13:16

Thanks for responding. I'll have a go at regedit and get back to you –  akula2 May 1 '12 at 15:12

I found only one AnvSoft folder in the registry, deleted it and did reboot the PC. Installed AVC application, but it's not working. I don't know what's causing this trouble, only in the RU account! –  akula2 May 1 '12 at 20:41
