im looking for a tool that makes my background (or a layer of it)
into a command line...

i imagine it looking a like a background worked over by bginfo.exe
most tools i found til now only make the window transparent or stuff like that.. :(

but the app shouldnt even have a window... trayicon ok..
all i want is to have the text right on the background
it should be scrollable but without a scrollbar
and of course i need to b able to enter something

You can just use BGInfo.exe with the /taskbar command line option to push it to the system tray. – Bon Gart May 3 '12 at 2:06
Do you expect the background to take focus, be able to type, etc. - or is it just static? – ckhan May 3 '12 at 3:34
