Real Player Convertor

Question

I have a lot of real media files from (http://www.aduni.org) and I want to play them in my ipod nano. I used the real player converter which claims to convert the files from .rm format to your devices format (advertises as ipod Apple h.264), But when the convertion completes only the audio is available for MP4-Audio-File.
Does anyone know that this is not a reliable way? I don't see any other play to port those video files to any of my portables (ipod nano or Android Dev Phone).

Any suggestions should be helpful.

I've used mencoder under ubuntu to convert rm files to various divx/xvid formats.

I like to use AVIDemux to prep files for an iPod but Im not sure if it will handle a RealMedia file. AVIDemux is not as powerful as SUPER but its easier to use especially when ripping DVD video snippets.

I have used mencoder on Windows to convert real media files to avi for my pc, but never tried to convert to iPod format. I don't see why this wouldn't work however.
