I have an Oki printer C3400 that won't print. I have already re-installed the drivers and etc. It just says offline or busy. Also, the Windows installer won't seem to work as something went wrong with Chrome. When I tried to re-install it, it wouldn't.

I believe all of these things are linked but can't see any obvious virus on the XP PC.

Also, the original issue was that it made Office 2003 programs crash when it was set as the default printer.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to correct these issues?

Have you tried updated drivers from the Oki website? – HaydnWVN May 16 '12 at 14:20
YEs. Downloaded them and re-installed but to no avail. – Axle May 16 '12 at 15:02
How are you connected to it? Network? USB? There are instructions here about removing corrupted drivers and reinstalling newer ones. – HaydnWVN May 16 '12 at 16:00
