i try here to this tricky question.

Recently during a file copy my SDCard had is FS corrupted (i was only copying files).

After that problem windows recognize as an unformatted card. Linux couldn't mount it without problems.

But dmesg shows the following error:

[13385.444436] FAT-fs (loop0): bogus number of reserved sectors
[13385.444440] FAT-fs (loop0): Can't find a valid FAT filesystem

[14871.068061] FAT-fs (sdb1): invalid media value (0x70)
[14871.068064] FAT-fs (sdb1): Can't find a valid FAT filesystem

Now i'm quite sure that the data are still there (i recovered all the data with a fat recovery software).

I also checked with cfdisk and it can see the FAT partition. My idea is that probably some bytes in the FAT32 header has a wrong value.

My question is: There is a way to recover that filesystem without formatting it?

I saved the whole content with dd.
