We are going to need a lot more specifics to help you. What are the programs that are taking up so much memory? Are there any taking up lots of CPU? Do you have a way to measure "slow"? for a start – soandos Jun 4 '12 at 20:17
i didn't run any program. just standard program that running.. no, it didn't take process in my CPU.. it takes too long enough time to open program.. i didn't see any unusual activity in my computer though – Andika Setiawan Jun 4 '12 at 20:24

1 Answer

  1. Install and run an anti-virus software (plenty of free ones, like AVG)
  2. Install, update and run Malwarebytes (available for free)
  3. Install, update and run SpyBot (available for free)

Make sure after you install and update all those softwares, you disconnect from the internet, because once you start remove the viruses/spywares, etc., it might not remove them if they are trying to reach someone/something online.
