I have a friend that is currently experiencing a problem with his laptop. Currently he doesn't have much disk space remaining and re-sized the Windows partition with Easeus Partition Magic. However after re-sizing his Windows partition, Windows Vista is became problematic and tries to restart the computer.

His laptop is a Acer 4736G. He doesn't have his recovery disk.

Is there any kind of BSOD which is occurring? Or there is anything you have checked in the event log. Also you can use other Vista disk for repair the windows or you can use restore if it helps. – avirk Jun 7 '12 at 7:27
he can also try booting in safe mode to check log files etc – Dirk Hartzer Waldeck Jun 7 '12 at 7:38
There is no such display of BSOD that appears at the time of restart that occurs repeatedly. The incident was only realized after there is a problem, which in resize the system ... Now today I tried to install operating system, after completion of the installation, but the result can not be perfect ... system restart again, continuously. I didn't know why... – Eka Anggraini Jun 7 '12 at 7:54
@EkaAnggraini you should mention a particular user with @ as I have mentioned you then it will notify to that user that you reply him in your comment. Although you have installed fresh copy of OS then you should have to run chkdsk through run command in safe mode and also check the event log. – avirk Jun 7 '12 at 8:17
