I have a home network, Win7 Laptop (wireless) and WinXP computer (wired) and a router. They have file sharing enabled. WinXP Computer has internet connection and a program that measures the internet download and upload (Net Meter) but it also adds the the upload and download from the file sharing with the Laptop. Is there any program that can measure my internet traffic (download + upload) without the one from the file sharing between the two computers?

Sounds like you're in need of some custom DNS – Madara Uchiha Jun 9 '12 at 14:02
By the sound of it, that's quite hard. – Kwang Jun 9 '12 at 14:17
@Truth some explanation to get me started maybe? – Kwang Jun 9 '12 at 14:23
