a few days ago I started having this problem where I would try to connect to ANY WiFi (even if it connected in the past) but it would stay connecting forever, and after a minute or so it would ask me for the password again. The strange thing is that this happened out of nowhere, I did not install any new drivers or anything like that. After this happened I decided to uninstall ubuntu and install it again ("inside windows") but the problem is still there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the same problem with unsecure wifi networks? – rakslice Jun 19 '12 at 6:37
There's no way I can know that :( I'm not home and I can't change the settings at my university. I believe 12.04 comes with some bugs because when I start the system it says there's a problem. I believe I should get 11.10. – waclock Jun 20 '12 at 23:23
