Super User is a question and answer site for computer enthusiasts and power users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm looking for a way to send large files (>300 MB) over the Internet to a person, ideally without having to go through some registration process, in all cases without having to pay. Any ideas?

Upload them on some file uploading site? There are hundreds of sites that let you upload files for free, without registration, for example MediaFire –  slhck Jun 20 '12 at 20:00

Mo = megaoctet, which a common word for megabyte in some French-speaking countries. Since Superuser's primary language is English, I've changed it to MB. –  Indrek Jun 20 '12 at 20:27

If on your question you are referring to files with 300+ Mb (Megabytes), that I know of, only one doesn't require registration:

No payment and no registration:

No payment, just registration: (for the free package)
