Call them. They have a phone number or email support don't they? – random Jan 30 '10 at 1:57
Is there any application/tool to check this capability? – S.M.Mousavi Jan 25 at 6:08
  1. Call your ISP.
  2. Check the Terms of Use you agreed to when you started the service.
  3. Check the website for a support FAQ that might include this information.
  4. Email your ISP's support department.
