I want to disable something for a specific window :

  • the window's ability to get activated or focused. Every time a window gets a focus or it gets activated( ex: when you click on it ) ,the window appears the top most of all windows. So I want to stay forever in the 'background'. And to do this , maybe I need somehow to remove the possibly of having focus for that windows...

Edit: I know the window can be hidden or minimized but I need it displayed on the monitor.

I use DisplayFusion which is great for window management. It allows you to create your own Titlebar buttons one of which is Send to Back, or you can use the Keep on Top button to keep all of your other windows always on top of that one you want in the background.

I want to never LOOSE the focus from a specific window, not to only be always on top - even a always on top window can loose its focus. And this program can't do this. Any other help please ? –  Doris Sel Jul 19 '12 at 14:37

This program can do exactly what you want. Have you tried messing around with it? It's very powerful. –  imtheman Sep 13 '12 at 20:49
