I can not create a shortcut on the desktop when I right click a shortcut in IE from the Favorite drop down menu (OS Windows 7) - click send to desktop (create shortcut) it does not create a shortcut on desktop. If I right click this favorite, click copy then paste it on the desktop, it creates the shortcut on the desk top.
