How can I force a window to always have focus?

For instance, the WM_NCACTIVE message can make a window to permanently stay DEACTIVATED (without focus), but I need the opposite. I know I can make a program to permanently run the command to reactivate the window if it gets deactivated, but that's not fast enough.

What if two programs did this? –  grawity Jul 18 '12 at 22:35

grawity, even a window can lose the focus, for example just open 2 windows, and click on one of them then you'll see that that window will get the focus, then if you click on the otherone ,that one will get the focus. And Im not refering to what window is about what window, even a TOPMOST window can lose the focus, but it will remain topmost( no window will overlap it ) I want to make a window to never lose the focus( I dont care if it gets overlapped or not ) OR I don't want any other window to get the focus... how to do this? –  Doris Sel Jul 19 '12 at 18:27

DisplayFusion allows you to keep a window always on top. However, if you need it to always have "focus" then I don't believe it can do that.
