I've accidentally deleted everything using:

rm -rf /*

I did not know what the commands was, I thought it would only delete the folder I was in.

Now nothing works, not even terminal. Actually after a restart I see grub rescue>

Is there anyway to restore from Fedora automatic backup? Is there any way to recover the files I've deleted?
