I have made a custom arcade cabinet running MAME, Mala, Windows XP, and iTunes (but could get WinAMP or what ever).

I also have a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS sound card (5.1 channel), as well as on board (mother board) sound.

How would I make it play the MAME sound out of one set of speakers, and music from iTunes out of another set of speakers connected to my stereo?
