here are many 3D videos on YouTube that can be watched without 3D glasses, like this example.

Is there any program (on any operating system) to convert 2D video to 3D which can be viewed without glasses?

I have seen some possibilities to convert 2D video to 3D and upload it to YouTube, but after converting I could watch the video only on YouTube without 3D glasses.

I followed the steps in this video to convert 2D video to 3D but it can't be viewed without 3D glasses unless it is viewed through YouTube.

i like to view it in normal television too i.e by converting it to .avi format and if we watched through television ,we cant render it as 3d..

I see now what you mean. This is called a "stereogram". You say you found some "possibilities", so which tools have you already tried? – By the way, it is not necessary to address everyone here as "sir", we are just regular people :) –  slhck Jul 31 '12 at 6:53

So you have 3DCombine already? Which output format did you choose for the video? "Color Anaglyph"? I believe you have to choose "Parallel" or "Cross Eyed" – then try it again. –  slhck Jul 31 '12 at 6:58
