I followed much of this how-to and got my test.php working fine but then in my public_html folder I added two folders and created a second site, I edited the document for both files in the same way as I did when it was just one site in home/magpie/public_html but the path seems to only lead to the folder from the first site
gedit /etc/apache2/sites-available/mysite
