Im looking for some books on computer networks, when computer networks spring to mind I think of "TCP/IP, Bridges, Ethernet, Ports" I have no idea what the first 3 are, and all of them may be irrelevant in terms of computer networks.

Anyway what Beginner Books on Computer Networks would you recommend?

Welcome to Super User! You can post questions about computer hardware and software here; books (even those on computers) are off topic. We also don't like questions that are asking for product recommendations, as they generally lose their value fast. If you've ever seen product recommendation forum topics from five years ago, you know what I mean. –  Daniel Beck Aug 5 '12 at 20:46
