I have Windows 7 Home Premium Samsumg laptop. I want to create a recovery partition of my Windows 7. I have recovery partition of 20 GB but it is empty. There is a software on my system to create recovery partition but it is not detecting my recovery partition created by vendor. The recovery partition is hidden. It is not assigned with any letter. It is only visible through disk management.

If you have software to create a recovery partition, it should not matter whether it can detect the one created by the vendor. Although you may want to delete that one if it's empty to avoid wasting space on the drive. – martineau Aug 9 '12 at 1:37
