I'd like to get a kubuntu virtualbox image ready to use with all features, such a compiz, multimedia, ... Where can I get it? I know there are one at www.virtualboxes.com but this one is just a simple installation, I need more work done. Thank you.

To be honest, the best way would be to make your own. It's unlikely you'll find a pre-made virtual disk image customized/configured to your liking. – Breakthrough Aug 15 '12 at 23:30
