Since a week I have a strange issue with my Windows 7 laptop.

I'm almost always at 95% RAM charge, even if I have only chrome opened.

If I look in task monitor or resource monitor I didn't see any application using lots of RAM.

Is there a way to see real RAM usage under windows ?

By "real" you mean "physical?" –  JYelton Aug 16 '12 at 21:42
Please download Process Explorer, run it and open the graphs window with Ctrl+I, and post a screenshot of the Memory tab. That memory is not being allocated to an individual process, so it's probably a driver or the kernel itself consuming the memory. –  Darth Android Aug 16 '12 at 21:49
