My school posts a series of events at the beginning of each semester, and I want to download the posted .ics files for the events I want booked in my Mac Outlook 2011 calendar.

However, I've only been able to download and schedule one or two appointments before the newly downloaded .ics files start creating events that replace the previously downloaded ones. How come this is the case?

I noticed that all the files seem to download with the same name - CalendarExport.ics (and the ensuing duplicate naming - CalendarExport(1).ics, CalendarExport(2).ics, etcetera). How do I fiddle it so I can plug in the events I'm trying to schedule without replacing each one with the next one?

Thanks!!!
