I use Outlook 2010. It provides ability to group emails in conversation by subject, but does it by exact matching of subject.

Is it possible to do grouping by template/sub-string/regexp in subject?

E.g. I would like to include all emails bellow to the same conversation group:

  • Created ticket 778899 at 7 AM
  • Updated ticket 778899 at 8 AM
  • Resolved ticket 778899 at 9 AM
