I need a PDF editor but Adobe is too pricey so before I buy one of the alternatives can anyone tell me:

1) Which PDF editor usually renders most files as well as Adobe? 2) Which one supports "tabbed" and "new window" viewing when one opens new files? 3) Which editor has a highlighter that is easily erased by a keyboard shortcut?

Win 7 Pro.

@random: Why is it off-topic? I'm looking for software that fits my needs –  verve Aug 26 '12 at 1:48
If it's due to price, then it's off topic as shopping. If it's because you just want another product, same applies. What exactly can't you use Reader to do? –  random Aug 26 '12 at 1:56
@random: I can't edit and markup files. Can you edit the question so it becomes better? –  verve Aug 26 '12 at 2:09
Try doPDF from NovaPDF: dopdf.com/download.php –  C2940680 Aug 26 '12 at 2:11
For such a drastic change it's better you start with your own words, your comments as a basis, as to what you're wanting to make Reader to. If someone else things another program entirely will do better, they'll be sure to let you know –  random Aug 26 '12 at 2:11
