Possible Duplicate:
What HDD format should I use for Mac OS and Windows?

We are developing software for Windows (7&8) and MacOS.

I've got a new Macbook Air (8GB/512GB SSD) and I would like to run both system. Sometimes just alone (Windows with Bootcamp) and sometimes paralell (with VMWare).

Afiak VMWare is able to run bootcamped Windows as virtual machine too, this is a great advantage.

But what about sharing data? Should I create a "common" NTSF ~200GB partition? Windows can read/write it, but OSX? It would be nice if it's (or minimum partially) encoded, password proteced solution.

I don't want to duplicate all of my documents, musics etc, using Cloud or Subversion/Git it's not an option.
