How do we delete my data and user profile from windows after copying them to the removable drive or cloud drive? By profile I mean data inside desktop, documents and so on.

Is it possible to do this within windows 7 itself? Or that one needs a different software.

Simple file shredder should help.

Delete the user, then remove all traces of the user folder from \Users\

I am an Admin of the computer. Then how do I do that? – Stat-R Aug 29 '12 at 20:26
From the start menu, go to Edit Local Users and Groups. Go to Users, then delete the user you wish to eradicate. Once you do this, you should be able to remove the profile folder if it still exists. – Alexander Miles Aug 29 '12 at 20:33
