I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 580 and Ctrl+Shift+T is mapped to a proprietary picture viewing program.

This program blocks the tab recall shorcut Ctrl+Shift+T in Firefox and Chrome.

How do I fix it?

This behavior is caused by the touchzone.exe process, which is tied to Lenovo's Intelligent Touchpad program.

That said, removing Intelligent Touchpad stops the behavior.

You can do this through the Add Remove Programs menu.

There might be a way to stop it with a settings change too, but Intelligent Touchpad seems to only replicate functionality in Synaptic, so I decided I was better off without it.

Edit A quick follow up for googlers. If you choose the "Change" rather than the "Uninstall" option, you can choose to remove just touchzone.exe and not the entire Intelligent Touchpad program, which also stops the behavior described above. Do what you will with that information.
