We have a growing list of customers and are looking for some kind of software (preferably online) for storing customer information. (eg contact info, invoices, billing dates, etc.)

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I havent used any Customer Relation Management (CRM) software is a while, so Ill let more knowledgeable people answer. I do want to bring to your attention that you need to determine how important access to this data is. At an old company I worked at, we went with a cloud based CRM provider and it was a disaster. They were constantly losing their internet connection, leaving us unable to access our data. If the data is urgent, leave it local. – Keltari Sep 3 '12 at 18:26
