I couldn't start oracle, I check services, listener was not started, I try start get error:

The OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListener service on Local Computer and then stopped.
Some services stop automaticlly if they have no work to do,for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts sercice

I check listener status. This is what I get:

SQL> $ lsnrctl status

LSNRCTL for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on 04-SEP-2012 13:10
 :31

   TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
     TNS-00511: No listener

 Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=bobs-d84c5aae0f)(PORT=15

TNS-01189: The listener could not authenticate the user

I try start listener from sqlplus -

 SQL> $ lsnrctl start

 LSNRCTL for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on 04-SEP-2012 13:17
 :41

TNS-01106: Listener using listener name LISTENER has already been started

How to fix this?
