I am a sytem Administrator and use windows Remote Desktop extensively. It works well OTHER than the keys 'stick' sometimes like the 'alt', 'caps lock', 'shift', 'ctrl'. So I have to 'ctrl-alt-del' to reset the keys state and then I can work normal again.

Is there anything I can do to alleviate this ANNOYING issue?

What have you tried? try to push your 'shift' button 5x. and sticky keys option will be shown. – Josua Marcel Chrisano Sep 11 '12 at 17:02
