I want to type English words using IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) and use them to synthesize speech. I need to improve my English pronunciation. Is there any way to do it in Windows ?

If you're using IPA to learn pronunciation, you must have a way to convert IPA into actual sounds. Please share. – Isaac Rabinovitch Sep 14 '12 at 19:38
@IsaacRabinovitch, No I don't know how to convert IPA into sounds either. I just know how to read it when I see IPA. – JatSing Sep 14 '12 at 19:40
So, based on your comment to Isaacs post, you want an automatic translator? – ekaj Sep 14 '12 at 22:25
