Possible Duplicate:
Is Anti Virus Software needed for a Mac (OS X); If so free solution?

  1. Will viruses affect OS X Lion just like Windows (booting etc.)?
  2. Has Apple enabled protection by default?

  1. It's a popular operating system, so yes there will be viruses
  2. No Apple doesn't, but because of it's design it's relatively secure (but not 100% secure)
  3. VirusBarrier Express
