I'm not experienced with Windows Firewall... – Friend of Kim Sep 20 '12 at 17:09
why not uninstall spotify? Here is a free outbound – Moab Sep 20 '12 at 17:25
@Moab I want to block Spotify in order to force it offline so that I can listen to music on multiple computers at once. – Friend of Kim Sep 20 '12 at 17:42

To solve this, you need to use absolute paths. If you use %APPDATA%, your computer will not understand that this is the same as C:\Users... (Even though it ironically suggested it itself...)
