Self-explanatory, I hope. I carry my laptop - and only my laptop - around a lot on a daily basis, but I also need to keep both my hands free when on the go. The one extra second it takes to unzip and re-zip the laptop sleeve to operate my device gets really irritating when the ritual repeats several times a day. So, are there laptop computers to which you can directly attach a shoulder strap and which can also endure this sort of mobile lifestyle?

Some individual research revealed the Panasonic Toughbook C1, one of the official accessories to which is a shoulder strap, but at ~$2000 it's waaaay above my price range. Surely there are options for less than a grand?
