Is there a portable IE 10 version?

Perhaps a portable package that runs virtualized. Currently I am running Win8 with IE 10 inside a VW, which eats up much more resources than I would like.

I require IE 10 for compatibility testing of web projects.

Not that I'm aware of, other browsers yes, but not IE. – HaydnWVN Sep 26 '12 at 7:31

It has its limitations, but IETester might help.

I haven't tried it yet, but I assume as per this page that copying the files from any working installation of IE 10 should work. – Karan Sep 28 '12 at 17:38

yes there is ie 10 desktop and ie 10 mobile for windows phone, they have a few differences, listed here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsphone/develop/ff462082(v=vs.105).aspx
