As the message says ERROR 500 is an internal error on the server side. When I open the URL in a browser I'm getting

<D:error>
  <C:error/>
  <m:human-readable errcode="2">Could not open the requested SVN filesystem</m:human-readable>
</D:error>

so there seems to be a problem with the repository (or access to it). You'll probably have to contact the webmaster of llvm.org to get this fixed.
