I've installed VirtualBox, then I've tried to import an appliance but an error occurred

"Failed to import appliance E: "Could not create the clone medium 'D:" "VMDK: cannot write allocated data block in 'D:"

Result Code: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004) Component: Appliance

by the way my machine has 1GB RAM and 2.69GB processor
